At Star Hair, we value your trust and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


Shipping Policy

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS to monitor your order status.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partners, and unforeseen circumstances.


Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange option within 10 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged.

  • The size is too small or too large.

🔹 Exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of receiving the product.
🔹 The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging & tags.


Refund Policy

  • No refund policy is applicable once the order is placed and delivered.

  • Refunds are only applicable if:

    • The payment was deducted from your account, but the order was not generated due to a technical issue.

    • In such cases, the amount will be automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5–7 working days.


Important Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Shipping charges for returns/exchanges may apply unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, products that are used, altered, or damaged due to customer handling will not be accepted for exchange.
